Project Manager

Job Purpose

Project Manger is responsible for managing the training project from inception to delivery and will be the contact person throughout the project lifetime providing consistent high standard of service to stakeholders and ensuring quality and timely production of training collateral and up to date billables.

  • Building& managing Client relationship
  • Ensure ILM programmes are managed within timelines/budget
  • Communication:Improved communication between solutions(sales) and operations to ensure high standards, less mistakes and wasted time
  • Determine, implement and track ways to reduce training operation costs without affecting quality.
  • Learning Journey Platform: Set up& troubleshoot on the LJP.  Identify and implement steps to enhance client participant engagement and experience.
  • Managing and building relationship with key partners.  Determine best practices and processes to effectively implement & manage leverage passive income,efficiencies, solutions opportunities and resources
  • Assist with Client History when required by Account Manager (sales)
  • Attend Account Review meetings with Account Manager and Consultant
  • Understand the project objectives from Sales Team and ensure it gets cascaded down
  • Inform the Consultants of the project budget for Research, delivery and Post Work
  • Discuss and arrange resource requirements through Head of Learning Delivery
  • Complete a detailed project management sheet and brief the ‘Production Coordinator’  who is assigned to get the materials purchased and produced by suppliers
  • Final quality control for produced materials within the agreed deadline / budget
  • Ensure Participant Tracking Sheets are updated  
  • Ensure Training reports are sent to client or account manager
  • Ensure Training Folder organized for an efficient search functionality
