Solutions Advisor

Job Purpose

Generate sales that will ensure a 20% growth in revenue year on year through acquisition of profitable new clients and account management of existing clients whilst adhering to biz values and following Biz systems and processes.

Department: Solutions Advisory Team

Reports To: Commercial Director


  • Consistently participate in Team BD Sessions and Sunday Solutions Advisory Team Meeting in order to contribute to My Team’s priorities and to share knowledge as well as learn from others
  • Ensure clarity of your personal lead generation and sales strategy, including required activity levels to drive lead generation and maintain a healthy pipeline (Calls, Meetings,Opportunity value and Conversion ratios) and present to the team every trimester
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities by independently targeting new clients across the Middle East and follow up on leads generated through marketing activities
  • Using own knowledge ofBiz Group Digital, Training, Teambuilding and Transforming products and concepts identify solutions that meet a client’s needs and present in a compelling and confident manner in order to win the sale
  • Manage and grow accounts through the building of a trusting and profitable relationship by proposing new products and services that meet the client’s changing business needs
  • Support the CustomerSuccess Cycle by coordinating closed business deals from negotiation of contract through to integrating contract requirements (both written and verbal hand over to relevant Operations representative) with business operations
  • Maintain detailed client records and projects through Salesforce, and comply with timely sales administration and support requirements
  • Consistently live Biz values with evidence and validation from peers

  • Achieve or Smash Trimesterly client meetings target
  • Achieve or Smash Trimesterly opportunities created target
  • Achieve or Smash Trimesterly opportunities closed won
  • Maintain close ratio above 30% (or agreed target)
  • Maintain up to 15 Key Accounts and 35 Developing Accounts within your portfolio
