Biz Group is looking for a Marketing Manager who will position the business as a learning and learning technology consultancy of choice through the developing and execution of the annual marketing plan based on Account Based Marketing with strong focus on B2B Lead Generation. The perfect candidate would deliver on commercial objectives through a blend of the latest digital marketing trends, supported by more traditional approach to brand awareness development.
- Establish and execute the annual marketing plan that leverages the latest thinking and strategies around Account Based Management, initially in the UAE and later in the wider GCC.
- Support the sales team with personalized and targeted outreach - coordinate and launch 360 lead generating marketing campaigns
- Maximize the utilization of Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoom Info for sales funnel creation, data driven decision making and clear trended reporting
- Ensure SEO and the maximum use of the website, either driving directly, or with close vendor support, ensuring high rates of traffic and conversion
- Plan, manage and support the execution of robust lead acquisition programs designed to acquire, nurture and increase conversion rates across the customer journey ultimately leading to the development of new business pipeline
- Leverage all the tools for data driven decision making and clear trended reporting.
- Strategically position Biz as a thought leader and reinforce position through various channels, ensuring that guidelines are adhered to and that outstanding experiences are communicated across all touchpoints
- Provide professional sales collateral, that aligns with key messages and supports the sales teams to position Biz and build credibility.
- Create marketing content and act as an editor for all material produced to ensure it is in line with the marketing plan
- Own the content marketing calendar and ensure it aligns with the campaign calendar
- Oversee all social media marketing and ensure continuous growth (engagement and awareness)
- Select and determine industry events in which Biz should be present with business cases, coordinate events on a quarterly basis both face to face and virtual (including events in Biz HQ)
- Build the Biz client community – develop new strategies for engaging with the corporate community to develop long term relationship and returning business
- Manage all vendor as strategic partners and an extension of the internal team, getting clear ROI on the external investment
- Manage and maximize the use of the marketing budget, ensuring that it is adhered to along with forecasting budgets and maximizing returns
Qualification and experience:
- Relevant B2B marketing experience. Regional knowledge would be an advantage, but is not essential
- Proven success driving lead generation through Account Based Marketing(ABM)
- In-depth expertise in digital marketing strategies and as well as the ability to influence, lead and execute digital processes and campaigns from concept to ROI analysis
- Extensive experience in implementing sales funnels by leveraging HubSpot(or Pardot), Salesforce & Zoom info and maximizing the tool’s ROI
- Good level of experience in and understanding of CRM (especially email and data-driven marketing)
- Working knowledge of content marketing, website management, SEO, SEM and organic social media marketing
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise well and deliver efficiently, effectively and on time
- Experience working in a fast paced marketing environment (experience of an agency environment is desired but not mandatory)
- Experience in managing external agencies
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Positive with a “can do” attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of directly managing others
