I have 17 years of experience in learning and development, helping organisations develop leadership and other soft skills, enabling their teams to perform at the highest level and deliver business results. My language and cultural understanding of the Middle East has enabled me to offer a versatile skillset to clients from central government(Ministry of Defense, Ministry of the Interior) to multi-national enterprises such as Johnson and Johnson and Porsche.
I bring with me a blend of language, cultural understanding and hands-on leadership experience which has proven very successful at motivating people to work on reaching their full potential, regardless of background. My career has taken me from the academic realms of tertiary language education at University level, education coordination and marketing, to organisation and development at a major International hypermarket, through to learning and development at the region’s largest telecom provider.
My context strength gives me the ability to understand the link between where people have come from and where they are going, enabling me to guide them on how best to reach their goals.
