Nicole originates from New Zealand but has spent most of her life in Australia building a successful career working extensively within the Mining and Hospitality sectors, primarily in the Sales, Marketing, Conference & Incentive fields.
Nicole has been with Biz Group for 13 years, initially as an Event Manager and Lead Facilitator of large teambuilding events. Nicole’s extensive experience in the Middle East and her personal approach helps her to quickly identify team behaviours and helps teams develop their team performance in a positive manner. Her ability to give feedback and deliver key business messages is a strength valued by our clients.
In more recent years she has developed her skills in the Training Sector and has enjoyed developing and delivering training programs throughout the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Nicole enjoys connecting with people and genuinely cares about delivering a flawless training program where delegates experience an insightful and positive experience every time.
Nicole has an in-depth knowledge of high performing teams and team dynamics. She has worked across many organisations in the fields of customer service, performance management, personal effectiveness, communication and leadership training. She has helped many companies identify their Organisational Values and has subsequently designed and rolled out Values Workshops within these organisations.
Nicole is also uniquely qualified in facilitating and emceeing for global conferences with groups ranging from 10 to over 4,000 participants; she does so with confidence, humour and energy.
