ABOUT ME:

I am passionate about leadership development and enjoy the transformative process with emphasis in building effective communication skills, emotional intelligence, productivity, team engagement, personal branding, creativity and innovation. Curating the latest thinking and innovative methodologies to ensure that training needs are met motivate me to create highly relevant and practical interventions for teams to thrive.

Prior to consultancy, I gained 12 years corporate experience and worked my way up the ladder in leading multi-national organisations with my final corporate role as General Manager for McCann-Erickson Jamaica, a fortune 500 global marketing firm, as the first female and youngest to hold this regional position.  This experience gives me unique leadership insights that allow me to connect with participants on every level.
