Noel Joseph

Noel originates from the UK where he was educated and developed his holistic approach. He arrived in the GCC in the 1990’s where he has been able use his skills to the benefit of the organisations he has worked with. He is a trained Assessor and Mediator. His varied background enables Noel to operate successfully in the fields of coaching, training, development, recruitment and selection assessments. His drive for total quality has resulted in him successfully helping companies achieve substantial improvements, through innovation and the ‘Design Thinking’ methodology of an empathetic approach. He has conveyed presentations to audience sizes in excess of 200 people and is recognized to be able to stimulate interest in participants of all levels, using the techniques of ‘Brain Friendly Learning’.

As a certified “Master Trainer” in the ExperienceChange business simulation, Noel has been able to help organisations effectively plan and build the buy-in they need for truly sustainable organisational change.

Noel has performed as the lead instructor for Interpersonal Relationship Management Training for a broad range of grades of Airline Personnel, including Middle Management and Senior Captains. More recently, he has facilitated team events for GCC governmental entities as well as sessions for well reputed Business Schools in the region.

Noel’s cross-cultural experience has been invaluable in delivering relevant training and consultancy across the region in many different industries. He has developed and implemented measurement tools that enable accurate analysis of the impact of training for clients and has been able to utilise his in-depth operational knowledge to design and conduct selection centers.

With a truly adaptable and empathic style, Noel has specialised in the subjects of Leadership and Quality Improvement. He is an approachable facilitator who inspires individuals to become the best they can, both personally and professionally.
