Dania has trained, coached and mentored individuals over the past thirteen years in the Middle East & North Africa.
Throughout her career, Dania has worked with global brands, such as Starbucks, Debenhams, Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang’s, Pinkberry, Boots, Habtoor Motors and BLOM Bank, facilitating long-lasting changes that impact effectiveness, productivity and satisfaction through engaging, interactive approaches and practical learning experiences.
Her specific areas of expertise include Leadership Development, Coaching & Mentoring, Experiential Learning and Virtual Training. She also specialises in creating and curating content. Dania continues to strive in her life mission to help individuals ‘Changing their doing by changing their viewing’ through a variety of development interventions.
