Hazel Jackson is the founder of Biz Group and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Starting the business in 1993 with just $700, she built Biz Group into a regionally recognised, multi-million dollar learning and organisational evolution partner. Having transitioned from her role as CEO, Hazel remains actively involved in select projects and client deliveries.
Hazel has two core areas of client focus. As a Multipliers Master Practitioner, she works with chief executives and directors through practical workshops and large-scale keynotes, bringing a distinctive style that connects leadership principles to real business challenges. She holds the Multipliers licence rights for the Middle East and has been instrumental in establishing partners across South Africa and Europe.
Hazel is also in demand for conference facilitation and senior team engagement. From helping new CEOs integrate into their leadership teams, to keeping critical offsites on track and on purpose. An avid reader and regular on the global conference circuit, she is frequently sought out by regional media for her perspective on the learning industry.
