Matt has based his career on assisting organisations in getting to the heart of the difficulties they are attempting to solve in the modern work climate where the only constant is change. Identifying the main behavioral adjustments that must be implemented in order for big frontline workforces to contribute at their best. Once discovered, he and his colleagues employ smart technologies to help behaviors not just alter but also have a consistent, long-term impact.

Recent highlights include assisting Expo2020 in onboarding and training tens of thousands of contractors and volunteers in just three months, assisting Etihad in enabling their new Customer Service principles, which resulted in a 30 point improvement in NPS, and working with Emirates NBD, which resulted in a 40% improvement in approval rates.
