Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source top-tier talent using innovative methods.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead HR projects during quieter recruitment periods, starting with enhancing our onboarding process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the learning and development sector.
• Familiarity with the Dubai and Saudi Arabian job markets.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.

Skills and Attributes:

• Proactive approach to talent sourcing and recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to manage recruitment processes and build relationships with stakeholders.
