Learning Solutions Advisor – KSA

Job Purpose

Work collaboratively with KSA clients and prospective clients to understand and achieve their End Game by curating tailored solutions from Biz’s portfolio of world-class content. Generate KSA sales in accordance with personal targets through acquisition of profitable new KSA clients and account management of KSA existing clients.   

Expectations

Targets  

  • Build a KSA sales pipeline & achieve sales targets – to be agreed upon with the line manager 

Business Development  

  • Participate in and support the consistent participation in Solutions Advisory Team Meeting, prioritizing this over all other activities. 
  • Ensure clarity of your personal KSA lead generation strategy, including required activity levels to drive lead generation and maintain a healthy pipeline (calls, meetings, opportunity value and conversion ratios) 
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities by independently targeting new clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)  
  • Follow up on KSA leads generated through marketing activities 
  • Coordinate closed business deals from the negotiation of contract through to integrating contract requirements with business operations, supporting the KSA Customer Success Cycle 
  • Ensure complete written and verbal handover to relevant Operations / Implementation Team 

Strategic Objectives 

  • Build and execute an individual KSA sales strategy and present it to the team each quarter 
  • Actively participate in strategy sessions 
  • Understand Biz Group Digital, Learning, Teambuilding and Transforming products and concepts in order to present and propose appropriate solutions to clients in a confident manner 

Quarterly Objectives & Rocks 

  • Consistently achieve KSA quarterly objectives 
  • Lead (or play a leading role) in the execution of KSA Rock(s) 

Learning & Development 

  • Be a proactive learner & share KSA knowledge with the rest of the Solutions and wider Biz Group Team 
  • Lead at least one Biz Group Learning Huddles throughout the year 
  • Lead at least one Solutions Team learning session per year 

Account Management & Growth 

  • Demonstrate the ability to grow KSA accounts and win repeat business 
  • Manage and maintain existing KSA accounts ensuring a continuous profitable relationship by proposing new products and services to enhance existing relationships 
  • Maintain up to 30 KSA Key Accounts and 60 KSA Developing Accounts within your portfolio 
  • Have 3 or more AED 500k+ KSA revenue accounts in this portfolio 

Systems 

  • Maintain detailed KSA client records and projects through Salesforce, and comply with timely sales administration and support requirements 
  • Use systems as per company guidelines 
  • Set the example for system utilization, that other colleagues can use as a benchmark

Digital Learning Designer – Intern

We have an exciting opening for an intern to join our Digital Learning Design team.  

The intern will work closely with the e-learning developer to bring to life their vision for the learning assets. They will add value through creative input on presentations and the development of 2D animations whilst always looking for ways to enhance the learner experience. 

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.) and be generally tech-savvy. As part of this internship, they will develop their skills in designing digital learning assets – the ideal candidate will therefore have a desire and capability to create digital assets and have experience on platforms such as Articulate, Storyline and Vyond.

Business Development / Consultative Sales Specialist

Job Purpose

Generate sales that will ensure a 20% growth in revenue year on year through acquisition of profitable new clients and account management of existing clients, meet the revenue targets by taking approach that prioritizes relationships and open dialogue to identify and provide learning technologies solutions to a customer’s needs whilst adhering to Biz values and following Biz systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure clarity of your personal lead generation and sales strategy, including required activity levels to drive lead generation and maintain a healthy pipeline (Calls, Meetings, Opportunity value and Conversion ratios) and present to the team every trimester
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities by independently targeting new clients across the Middle East and follow up on leads generated through marketing activities
  • Using own knowledge of Biz Group Digital, Training, Teambuilding and Transforming products and concepts identify solutions that meet a client’s needs and present in a compelling and confident manner in order to win the sale
  • Consistently participate in Team BD Sessions and Sunday Solutions Advisory Team Meeting in order to contribute to My Team’s priorities and to share knowledge as well as learn from others
  • Manage and grow accounts through the building of a trusting and profitable relationship by proposing new products and services that meet the client’s changing business needs
  • Support the Customer Success Cycle by coordinating closed business deals from negotiation of contract through to integrating contract requirements (both   written and verbal handover to relevant Operations representative) with business operations
  • Maintain detailed client records and projects through Salesforce, and comply with timely sales administration and support requirements
  • Consistently live Biz values with evidence and validation from peers

Training Consultant

Job Purpose

Change the way people think and work every day through the delivery of learning initiatives to our corporate clients either through design, delivery, coaching or consulting projects. The role also includes relationship building with clients and participants together with supporting the Solutions team in winning new business.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver our core accredited programmes solo after completing the biz Induction and Consultant Accreditation
  • Meet with and build trust with clients prior to, during and after delivery of training
  • Create satisfaction in the client by scoring an average NPS of 75 and above on training
  • Deliver an agreed number of billable hours per month in line with set target, with a large degree of flexibility to satisfy the varying seasonal demands of the business
  • Meet Operations process requirements in terms of production, the return of materials, reporting and ILM Marking achieving an internal average NPS score of 75 and above.
  • Support the Solutions team as the training expert in the creation of proposals and in sales pitches
  • Adapt materials to meet client identified needs and business challenges in line with the research and design brief agreed in the handover from the solutions advisor.
  • Provide support to Bizzers by delivering internal coaching and training when required
  • Contribute to the consultant team and strategy meetings to assist in developing new
    initiatives and building the brand value of Biz Group
  • Ensure that Axonify is introduced to participants in the training room when digital reinforcement is part of the learning journey
  • Meet the Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) processes and timelines when delivering and assessing leadership journeys that follow the program.
  • Optional for those who chose to Account Manage: Generate a minimum agreed value of continued business within client accounts
  • Provide feedback back to the solutions advisor and head of training when required following client training events
