Freelance Writer – Learning & Development Content

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write insightful reports, informative articles, and engaging blogs that align with Biz Group’s marketing and branding strategy.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to produce content that is accurate, timely, and relevant to the learning and development sector.
• Interviewing & Storytelling: Utilize journalistic skills to interview subject matter experts and craft compelling narratives that illustrate the impact of effective learning and development strategies.
• SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines, increasing visibility and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with broader campaign goals and company messaging.
• Feedback Incorporation: Revise and edit content based on constructive feedback to ensure it meets Biz Group standards and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Proven experience in journalism, content writing, or a related field.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with or experience in the learning and development sector is highly desirable, but not a necessity.
• Strong Research Skills: Ability to conduct comprehensive research and translate complex information into accessible content.
• SEO Proficiency: Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in writing SEO-friendly content.
• Excellent Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working on a diverse range of topics and adjusting tone and style according to target audience.
• Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

Contract Details:

• This is a freelance, remote position with flexible hours.
• Project-based assignments with the possibility of long-term collaboration.
• Compensation will be project-dependent and based on experience and expertise.
