As a Master Trainer, ICF Coach and emerging Business Psychologist, Nicole brings a depth and breadth of experience to helping our clients change the way they think and work.
As a former General Manager and holding various corporate roles in fortune 500 global organisations, Nicole provides our clients with real world insights combined with over 7,000 hours of training delivery and content design experience, reinforced by sustainable pragmatic concepts and tools that leverage participant skills and talents to navigate complex business issues.
Nicole works collaboratively with clients to translate training needs into interactive and transformational in-person and virtual learning journeys. She has worked on a wide range of projects including launching Leadership Academies, Values Programmes and Diversity & Inclusion rollouts. Her specialty areas are Leadership, Communication, Personal Effectiveness, DEI and Coaching.
