Andrew has led learning strategies for global brands like Etihad Airways, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, and Rotana Hotel Management Corporation in his role as Corporate Director and head of the learning and talent function. He’s designed various programmes across industries from distribution to automotive to finance, FMCG, and law. Andrew is also a keynote speaker having spoken at events including ATD Middle East and the HRSE People & Development Summit.
Andrew builds high-performing teams through immersive, energizing workshops that go beyond theory. With certifications from CIPD, Dale Carnegie, Cornell university and Toastmasters, he connects insight to action empowering leaders with tools they can use immediately to spark performance, elevate teams, and shift culture.
