With over 17 years of regional experience in aviation and hospitality, Andrew has been pivotal in leading and shaping strategy and embedding a culture of Learning & Development for over 10,000 employees.

As a former Corporate Director of learning and talent, Andrew brings hands-on expertise having worked for world class brands including Etihad Airways, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts and Rotana Hotel Management Corporation. His strategic approach to the instrument of learning has been shaped by qualifications from CIPD, Cornell University, Dale Carnegie and Toast Masters. Coupled with practical on the ground experience, Andrew partners with leaders to incorporate training to impact real operational issues.

Andrew’s dedication to cultivating talent which is focused on quality service and performance excellence, and fostering leadership styles that truly make an impact on teams has earned him invitations to speak at renowned events such as ATD Middle East, People & Development Summits and other conferences across the region.

Andrew has fine tuned a unique style in developing high performing teams,  he delivers practical and experiential learning experiences in highly interactive training sessions, executive coaching and podcasts.
