Our Learning Technology team is expanding. We’re looking for an experienced, customer-centric Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own a portfolio of core customers, build account plans and secure account renewal on our Axonify platform.  

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, the CSM works to equip customers with common practices for developing an effective content strategy and maximizing adoption of the current and future capabilities of the platform. 

The successful candidate will have a background in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment. They will be deadline-driven with an excellent track record of building long-term customer relationships where they have partnered with the customer to understand and solve their challenges.
